Peach Springs Parents/ Guardians, Thank you for your input on completing the survey regarding a delayed start time. The results have been reviewed, and the majority of the responses were in support of adjusting the start of school by one hour. Based on community and staff input, we will move ahead with a delayed start time by one hour. In order to allow for our families to make the adjustments to schedules, we will be implementing the delayed start on: Monday, January 29th thru Thursday, March 7th, 2024. PEACH SPRINGS ELEMENTARY Start time: 8:30AM, breakfast served at 8:00AM, school dismissed at 3PM. MUSIC MOUNTAIN JR./SR. HIGH SCHOOL Start time: 8:50AM, breakfast served upon arrival, school dismissed at 2:30PM Please note, bus schedules will follow the same route and schedule, starting one hour later. For your reference, please see the attached bus schedules for both the Elementary and High School. We will resume our regular start time the first Monday after Spring break on March 18th, 2024. Our hope with the delayed start of one hour is that it will support the staff and students safety as well as our morning attendance. Parents/ guardians, For Tuesday, Nov. 21st, Hualapai transit will be providing bus transportation service for BOTH the elementary and high school morning and afternoon bus routes. To reiterate, As The PSUSD yellow bus is unavailable, Hualapai Transit is providing transportation for ALL of our students on Tuesday, Nov. 21st to and from school. Thank you for understanding.
